Baptisms, weddings and memorial services or funerals are either times of celebration and joy, or times of sorrow and comfort which bring families, friends and the church family together. The Apostle Paul instructs us to "Be happy with those who are happy, and weep with those who weep" (Rom 12:15 NLT).
