We are strongly committed to sending out and supporting missionaries locally and around the world. Through our mission's budget, we are supporting many full-time missionaries. We also encourage and support adult and youth short term missions trips.

Heidi Boon:

Peace Corps.  Niger

Heidi will be coming home July 30 – August 19^th Pray for safe travels

Physically: Prayer for a clean bill of health when she has physical

Mentally and spiritually: Heidi lives alone in a village without Christians prayer for spiritual encouragement and strength

Pray for her literacy classes to women and the possible grain storage cottage industry

People  Group: Pray for salvation to come to the people Heidi sows seeds in.

 

Warren & Miriam Rich and family

AIM: Kenya; medical missions in dentistry

The Riches have decide to adopt baby Hope she will be one year old this August.  Pray for favor in the proceedings

Micah graduates this summer and will be attending UNCW in the fall. Warren will Micah and Stephen (to look at colleges) Miriam will stay in Kenya with Anna and Hope.  Prayer for easy transitions.

Ministry:  Pray for guidance and direction the dental  ministry

Belize: administrative dental missions

Steve and Annette have returned to the states till Christmas.  Please prayer for all their support to be raised during this time and for divine appointments to further the dental ministry.

Ukraine: Bible Institutes

Paul and Susan will transition home in June to become dean of education in a seminary. Paul will continue as Director of Bible Institutes commuting back throughout the year. 

Prayer for a new house and easy transition to a new job.

Valya will be handling the day to day work in Ukraine pray for balance of work and family. Pray for spiritual depth in the students and favor in the public schools for the Christian ethics teachers.

 

Doug and Beth Wright

Congo: Wycliffe Bible translation

Pray for Doug and Beth as they move from Myrtle Grove’s mission house to their own.  Doug is doing a lot of the renovations plus keeping up with the translation work in the Congo.

 

Pray for continued protection over the translators and their families in Congo. Wisdom and perseverance to translate and spiritual breakthroughs for the tribes they work with.
