Have you ever said, "I don't know how to pray"? If so, you may be surprised to learn that there is no "right" or "wrong" way to pray.
Prayer is the act of offering a petition to God and the expression of our commitment and trust that we have in God by faith. When we come before God in prayer and give Him full control of a situation, we are acknowledging His ability to bring about a change in that area of our lives or someone else's life.
Don’t make the mistake of thinking God already knows about our needs and there isn't any need to tell God about them. While it is true that our God knows about and is involved in every area of our life, it is also true that He wants us to commit each of our concerns to Him so that we will learn to depend on Him and listen to Him.
Please join us as we lift you and yours up in prayer. We come together each Sunday morning at 7:30 in the chapel to pray for our church, community, missions and our nation. We have 8 teams who serve one Sunday every 2 months for around 40 minutes. The pastor comes to the chapel and we pray for him and the message that is spoken at both services as well as every aspect of the day.
Would you consider joining us? Please call Robert or Anne Molihan at 452-9058 to discuss the possibility of joining a team. We need you and our church family needs you to stand in the gap.
I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers. Ephesians 1:16
